Arden Melbourne Return & Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your order! We want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

 

Return Policy


Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The order contains all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
2. There is no damage caused by improper handling, and the product shows normal use.
3. Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process.
4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer.
6. The return will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, we will acknowledge the return within this period.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between AUD 25 and AUD 50. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@arden-melbourne.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that all purchases are final and cannot be canceled once an order is placed. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our return policyoutlined above.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.

  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
